e7dba30e82 ppc/ppc405: Remove boards 
The ref405ep machine is the only PPC 405 machine. Drop all support by
removing the SoC and associated devices as-well as the machine.

a4ee352fe0 docs/system: Extend PPC section 
This moves the current documentation in files specific to each
platform family. PowerNV machine is updated, the other machines need
to be done.
