Headers in include/sysemu/ are not only related to system
*emulation*, they are also used by virtualization. Rename
as system/ which is clearer.
Files renamed manually then mechanical change using sed tool.

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.
With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

Coverity complains about an overflow in isa_fdc_get_drive_max_chs()
that can happen if the loop over fd_formats never finds a match,
because we initialize *maxc to 0 and then at the end of the
function decrement it.
This can't ever actually happen because fd_formats has at least
one entry for each FloppyDriveType, so we must at least once
find a match and update *maxc, *maxh and *maxs. Assert that we
did find a match, which should keep Coverity happy and will also
detect possible bugs in the data in fd_formats.

The real SuperI/O chips emulated by QEMU allow for relocating and enabling or
disabling their SuperI/O functions via software. So far this is not implemented.
Prepare for that by adding isa_fdc_set_{enabled,iobase}.

To emphasize this, rename it as isa_bus_get_dma().

Some machines use floppy controllers via the SysBus interface,
and don't need to pull in all the ISA code.
Extract the ISA specific code to a new unit: fdc-isa.c, and
add a new Kconfig symbol: "FDC_ISA".
This allows us to remove the FIXME from commit dd0ff8191ab
("isa: express SuperIO dependencies with Kconfig").
