Igor Mammedov 431bbb26cb qdev: Add wrapper to set BUS as HotplugHandler ...

To be used for conversion of SCSI and USB devices,
and would allow to make every HBA/USB host switch
to HotplugHandler API without touching each controller
explicitly.
