Markus Armbruster 82d0794565 pci-assign: Fix potential read beyond buffer on -EBUSY 
readlink() doesn't write a terminating null byte.
assign_failed_examine() passes the unterminated string to strrchr().
Oops.  Terminate it.

Spotted by Coverity.
